We received word in February of the possibility, but we had to keep it a secret—WWU alumni Death Cab for Cutie and ODESZA were coming for WWU Alumni Weekend. To play a show. Together. To benefit scholarships. Minds were blown. When March finally arrived, we could finally tell EVERYONE and it was GLORIOUS. And the concert was amazing, a great collaboration of partners who pulled together hard to make history. Never before has a live event in Bellingham drawn a crowd that size. It was a great night.
